This is how you can expect things to work.
At your convenience please contact us via phone, text or email to schedule an appointment for us to visit your location and discuss your painting requirements. Based on the scale of your project and your queries, our visit can range anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes, during which we will gather all the necessary information to provide you with a detailed estimate.
Following our inspection, we will provide you with an accurate quote, including labor costs, estimated completion time, start date, and paint costs. In most cases, we can present the quote immediately, and you are welcome to sign it before we leave. If you prefer to take your time, we will send you an email link to the bid.
Upon approval of the quote, we will schedule the painting work within the time frame specified in the bid. Should you require any schedule changes, please let us know, and we will adjust accordingly.
To ensure timely completion of your project, we will need to have all the paint colors and sheens ready beforehand. If you have already chosen the colors, kindly email them to us. If you need assistance with selecting the appropriate colors, we can connect you with our paint suppliers, who can provide detailed consultations and sample paints for you to try.
Once we receive the paint colors and sheens, we will order them and have them ready by the start date listed in the quote. Our standard workday starts at 8:00 AM, unless you have specific requirements.
We take great care to minimize any disruption to your daily routine, and at the end of each day, we ensure that our tools and paints are cleaned up and out of your way as much as possible. Upon completion of the project, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure your satisfaction and touch up any areas that may need attention.
